Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed according to the dispatch times specified for each print edition. After receiving your order confirmation email, please note the following:

 

For Domestic orders (to be shipped) – you will receive another notification when your order is dispatched. 

 

Pick up orders – will be available for collection at FINI Frames (29 Grosvenor St, Abbotsford VIC 3067). Customers will be notified directly about their pickup date and time. Please do not go to FINI Frames before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.


International orders ­­–­ are available by request and require a custom quotation. Please contact info@photo.org.au to arrange.

 

Prints are available for purchase for a limited time only or until sold out. Refer to the relevant shipping information for each print for specific availability.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee starting at $22.00 for a single unframed print and $38 for a single framed print to locations within Australia.

Shipping for orders of more than one framed print require a custom quote. Please email info@photo.org.au to arrange.

International Rates

International orders can be arranged upon request and will incur a custom fee depending on delivery location and order amount.

 

Insurance and Special Handling

All orders are covered by postage insurance and will be replaced if damaged in transit. If you would like your order sent express or with an experienced art handling courier, a premium shipping service can be arranged - please contact info@photo.org.au.

Australian orders are GST inclusive. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Photo Australia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied or for any required customs or import paperwork.

 

FAQs

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Australia Post is our shipping carrier.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@photo.org.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

 

Signature upon delivery

All orders will require a signature upon delivery otherwise it will be taken to the nearest post office. Please check your mailbox frequently to ensure you receive any postage slips. Orders that are not picked up will be returned to sender. Photo Australia is not responsible for any fees associated with returned orders or the cost of re-shipping the package.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless in the very rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@photo.org.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Returns for damaged items are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured that we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
